The most important meal of the day isn’t breakfast. Nor is it lunch or dinner. It’s the meal you have after you work out. The one that’s there to replenish your muscles and makes your recovery go faster.


Likewise, the most important part of a workout isn’t the time you spend working out, it’s what you’re doing after a workout and in between sessions. It’s the foam rolling, Epsom salt baths, massages and sleeping. That’s where the gains happen.


It’s the space in between, the distance between point A and point B, the space easily neglected that we’re zooming in on this month.
