This Unicorn nice cream was created by using a base nice cream recipe (frozen bananas + milk) and adding powders to create the different colours. By spooning the flavours into a freeze proof tin and swirling, you create a multi-coloured unicorn effect.
For this Unicorn Nice cream, I chose four flavours. Matcha, Maca, Spirulina and Strawberry-Acai

- Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Repeat with all the flavours.
- To create your unicorn nice cream, spoon nice cream into a freeze proof container, alternating between flavours

- Take a knife and swirl it through to mix the flavours up a bit. Don’t over swirl, you want the colours to overlap but not combine.

- Freeze until firm, about 2 hours then scoop and enjoy!
