You’d expect this article to be written by head chef Zissy, but as head taster I think I’m more qualified.


This is also a trick heading because truth be told all our recipes are the best. If they weren’t great, they wouldn’t pass the publish test. Despite sharing more cookbook recipes than ever before, Zissy still managed to find the time to rule the kitchen by creating some truly great hits. Some were recipes she’s been perfecting for ages, while others she crafted from the seedling of an idea and tweaked until it bloomed into the perfect bite.
