Carob Coconut Tahini Fudge is quick and easy to make. It uses just 7 ingredients and needs just an hour or two to freeze before you can eat it. It tastes like carob halva and is smooth and creamy. It’s a great way to satisfy chocolate cravings.


Carob powder is sweeter and richer than cocoa powder. It’s also low in fat, high in fibre, has calcium, and for those going caffeine free, it contains no caffeine.


It will melt at room temperature, so store it in the freezer and enjoy within 5 minutes of taking it out.


Carob Coconut Tahini Fudge [Raw, Vegan, Gluten Free]

Raw, vegan, gluten free and nut free, this Raw Carob Coconut Tahini Fudge is addictive! It's comes together quick and easy!
Dietary: Gluten Free, Nut Free, Refined Sugar Free, Vegan, Wheat Free
Servings: 12 pieces


  • 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/4 cup tahini paste
  • 1/4 cup carob powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut


  • Line a loaf pan with baking paper.
  • Combine all the ingredients and mix well. You’ll get a very liquid chocolate coloured mixture. Taste it to make sure it’s sweet enough. If not, add a little more maple syrup.
  • Freeze for 1-3 hours, until it is completely solid.
  • Cut into 12 squares / slices or rectangles.
  • Store in the freezer. This fudge melts at room temperature, so eat it as soon as you remove it. For grab and go sweet treats, wrap each piece in wax/baking paper and store in a Ziploc/Tupperware. Take out as needed.


You can replace maple syrup with honey (if you’re not vegan)
